Last Will and Testament
Our wills are fast, they are easy, they are cheap.
Large online legal services can charge many times this amount and you still end up unsure if it’s going to protect your estate and family after you pass. Why not pay less and have a real attorney who will personally answer your questions? Whether you are coming off of a divorce or you want to make sure you have a document in place to protect your family, we can help.

Having a will makes sure that you are able to protect your estate in the precise way that you want. If you do not have a will, a Kentucky statute determines how your estate is divided, and most likely, it won’t be how you want. Having a will also makes closing out your estate easier for the family that you leave behind. You’ll spare them a lengthy and potentially stressful time in court. You can also make decisions regarding your funeral, your remains, pets, and all of your belongings.
